Welcome to GalleyCloud. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GalleyCloud website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using GalleyCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. About GalleyCloud

GalleyCloud is a digital aviation catering and operations platform designed to help aviation operators manage in-flight catering coordination, supplier access, and operational workflows.

Our Services are intended for business, charter, and private aviation professionals.

3. Account Creation

To use GalleyCloud, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be authorized to act on behalf of an aviation operator, organization, or business
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity under your account, and ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use GalleyCloud only for lawful and operationally appropriate purposes. You will not:

  • Misuse the platform for fraudulent or misleading activities
  • Interfere with system security or performance
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without authorization
  • Use the platform to violate aviation, safety, or compliance regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Services & Providers

GalleyCloud connects users with independent catering providers and service partners.

  • GalleyCloud does not prepare, manufacture, or physically deliver catering
  • Availability, pricing, and fulfillment are determined by third-party providers
  • GalleyCloud facilitates coordination, communication, and visibility

Final responsibility for service delivery rests with the respective provider.

6. Information Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all information on the platform is accurate and up to date. However:

  • Availability may change due to operational constraints
  • Last-minute flight changes may impact fulfillment
  • Information depends on third-party provider inputs

GalleyCloud is not liable for inaccuracies beyond reasonable control.

7. Payments

If applicable, fees or subscription details will be clearly communicated prior to purchase.

  • Payments must be made according to agreed terms
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on GalleyCloud, including logos, platform design, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of GalleyCloud or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously and implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Operational data may be processed to provide Services. You are responsible for protecting sensitive credentials.

10. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalleyCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for Services, if any, including delays or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

11. Service Uptime

We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System updates
  • Network or infrastructure issues
12. Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, misuse or security risks are identified, or if required by law.

You may discontinue use of GalleyCloud at any time.
